Baldwin hosts tournaments at Hollister Park

BALDWIN – The Walkin Bucket Tournament was staged at Hollister Park on Friday night and the 5-on-5 event was again directed by Scotty Anscomb.

He said there were seven teams competing. The tournament was conducted under the lights.

“It was eight teams last year,” Anscomb said. “Next year, it will be a great turn out again and will be our fifth year anniversary of doing it. It’s going to be a huge tournament.”

Anscomb graduated from Baldwin in 2018.

A  Big Rapids team, which included Britton Angell, won the tournament. A Baldwin team which included Brandon and Braeden Childress, was runners-up.

A 3-on-3 tournament was also conducted.
