BALDWIN -- It's been an impressive season for freshman Baldwin quarterback Carmelo Lindsey, and it's not done yet.

Baldwin has three regular season games to play including this Friday when the Panthers are at home against Big Rapids Crossroads to battle for the Top Cat trophy.

"It's going good," Lindsey said. "We can work on some things."

Lindsey indicated his best games have been against Bear Lake, a win, and Central Lake, for the homecoming game.

Lindsey said running has been his strength and added his conditioning has been good.

He's been able to use his speed and quickness to outmaneuver defenses.

He's been able to stay healthy while taking a hit, thanks to his conditioning.

On Friday against Crossroads, "we just have to play our game," he said.
