BALDWIN – Baldwin’s junior high and varsity match for volleyball with Crossroads has been rescheduled for Monday, October 17. The junior high game will start at 4:30 p.m. with varsity to follow around 5:30.

The Panthers playd on Sept 20 vs. Manistee Catholic Central at home Baldwin won 3-1.

Lejla Haznederavic led her team in kills.

“We had attacks from everyone like Abigail Oisten and Aariona Burrell all the way through to Kelsey Hayter,” coach Duane Roberts said. “It was a well rounded performance by the players. The player that day would have to be Lela with her attacks and floor coverage. She was on fire that day.

“Beyond that we had great serves. On Saturday (at Kalkaska) we couldn’t get footing the last couple of matches and ended up losing to a disciplined Frankfort team.”
