BALDWIN – Summer volleyball practices are set to start June 20 at the Baldwin High school gym and will go until June 30.

Players will be practicing 2 to 4 p.m. in the gym for middle school, junior varsity and varsity teams. All girls are encouraged to attend.

“Right now I am looking for volleyball coaches,” head varsity coach Duane Roberts said. “Hopefully I can get at least one to coach junior high volleyball and I would coach JV and varsity for the upcoming year.

I’m looking to build. We have a complete schedule with one open date. We are basically looking to play schools that are out of our class and our district. We’ll play Kalkaska and we’ll play White Cloud.”

The Panthers compete in West Michigan D League.
