BALDWIN - The West Michigan D League season was scheduled to end with its fourth and final jamboree on Wednesday at Walkerville.

But it's been a strong season for Logan Theisen and his teammates on Baldwin's boys cross country team.

The next meet for Theisen and his Baldwin team would be the Division 4 regional at Shepherd on Oct. 26. From there, he could quality for the Division 4 state meet on Nov. 2 at Michigan International Speedway near Brooklyn.

Theisen has been in two league jamborees so far this season. He had a time of 22:25.0 in his first one and a time of 25:02.1 in his second race.

Other Baldwin runners have been Evan Wogatzke and Angel Williams. While Theisen is a senior, Wogatzke is a freshman and Williams a sophomore.

Wogatzke has had times of 34:18 and 41:22. Williams' times are 47:03 and 41:36.
