Baldwin quarterback looks ahead
BALDWIN — It was an interesting freshman season for Jesse Pancio, Baldwin’s quarterback.
Pacino became QB in preseason when Ryan Kolenbrander announced he wouldn’t be able to play because of shoulder surgery.
Pancio and the Panthers with only two juniors and senior on the team, were 0-8. They forfeited last week and this week because of injuries and low numbers.
The best game was a 21-6 loss to Crossroad.
“We didn’t do much in weight lifting this year;” Pancio said. “I hope we can get up in there and get some wins next year.”
The Panthers expect to have more numbers next season.
“I’ll work to get strong and get my throwing down,” he said.
