BALDWIN – Voting took place earlier this week for the West Michigan D League football squad and members of the Baldwin Panthers were honored.

Coach Bob Watkins said Carmelo Lindsey was named first-team at cornerback and special teams. Lindsey was also a standout at quarterback for Baldwin.

Gabe VanderGeld was named to the second-team all-conference as an offensive lineman. Louie Jackson was honorable mention as a receiver.

Jackson was the leading receiver on the team.

Baldwin was 2-5 this season as an 8-player football team. The Panthers won their last two games.
