BALDWIN – Nicole McGahey is Baldwin’s cross country coach and has three runners on the varsity level this season.

At a West Michigan D League on Sept. 21, junior SJ Hossler was 17th in 23:04.71, freshman Joshua Taylor was 29th in 31:31.32 and senior Evan Wogatzke was 31st in 34:38.78.

Coming up are league meets on Oct 5 at Mason County Eastern and on Oct. 19 at a place to be determined.

The Division  regional is on Saturday at Buckley.

“SJ and Josh just started but they’ve started pretty strong,” McGahey said. “Evan is improving; it’s been a good year of improvement for all three.”
