BALDWIN — Baldwin’s junior varsity team lost to Custer Mason County Eastern on Dec. 19 going into the holiday break.

Varsity coach Bob Watkins provided the final results of the game. But the final score and other details were not available.

The team has consisted so far of a junior, three sophomores and six freshmen.

The junior has been Jenna Johnson, one of the team’s leading scorers. The sophomores are Dylan Hibma, Dereck Mock and Leonard McNeeley, who has also seen varsity action.

Freshman are Mason Pieske, Joe Demos, Jalik Hawkins, Jess Pancio, Adam McClure and Logan Pontz

Baldwin is home on Jan. 4 against Mesick in league action. The Panthers also have home games on Jan. 11 with Brethren, on Jan. 18 with Bear Lake and on Jan. 22 with Pentwater.

The JV boys team is coached by Duane Roberts, who was also the varsity volleyball coach in the fall.
