Daily as we live within ‘Our Personal Kingdoms And It’s Walls, we have to be careful when building walls. Those walls that protect us from our past, or walls to keep others from becoming too close to us.

Fear can cause us to put up walls, we may think if others really get to know us they will judge us and see our insecurities. We may be deceived thinking if we let down our walls we will be taken advantage of. If not dealt with, those shadows of the walls can actually destroy us. Some walls may be resulting from losses that have hurt us and we are now unwilling to let others in because of bitterness or from a broken heart.

While some walls may be the result of poor choices we have made, it can leave us with feelings of guilt. Then considering the devil who with his attempts to deceive encourages us to hide behind these walls could keep us from enjoying the peace Jesus has given.
Within our Kingdom, God is telling us to tear the walls down, allowing the Love of God to set us free, as Jesus tells us in Luke 4:18.

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor; (wall)
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, (wall)
To proclaim liberty to the captives (wall)
And recovery of sight to the blind, (wall)
To set at liberty those who are oppressed;” (wall)

Let’s expand our kingdoms, reaching out to other people, accepting them, believing that as God has accepted us they will also!  We need to be aware that the enemy is still here, as Jesus tells us John 10:10.

“The thief (Satan) does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. (walls) I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” (no walls)

The view from our kingdom will be clearer without the walls, let’s enjoy the life that God has created for us. Take every concern to Him with thankful hearts allowing Him to guide us within ‘Our Personal Kingdoms And It’s Walls’ feel the freedom!
