LCSO Charitable Campaign donates $500 to Bread of Life Pantry

Ongoing campaign supports local nonprofits

LAKE COUNTY — Lake County Sheriff Rich Martin presented a check for $500 to the Bread of Life Pantry in Baldwin recently.

The donation is part of the ongoing LCSO charitable campaign.

“It was a privilege to issue out a check today from our charity campaigns,” Sheriff Martin said. 

The Lake County Sheriff’s charity campaign includes the Sheriff's Returnables for Charity, the Blessing of the Bikes Shirt Drive, the Special Cause Sheriff Patch Drive, the Challenge Coin Sales and the No Shave/Beard Campaign.

The campaign has given donations totaling over $51,200 to over 43 local nonprofits to date.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Charitable Campaign would like to thank all those who have contributed to these programs. They are ongoing programs that will continue to benefit charities within and around Lake County.
