Coffey's S&K Haunted Trail gets donation from sheriff's office

LAKE COUNTY — Lake County Sheriff Rich Martin presented a check for $500 to Shawn Coffey’s Halloween “S & K Haunted Trail” recently, as part of the ongoing LCSO charitable campaign.

“It was a privilege to issue out another check today from one of our charity campaigns,” Sheriff Martin said.

The Lake County Sheriff’s charity campaign includes the Sheriff's Returnables for Charity, the Blessing of the Bikes Shirt Drive, the Special Cause Sheriff Patch Drive, the Challenge Coin Sales and the No Shave/Beard Campaign.

The campaign has given to over 38 non-profits with donations totaling over $46,500 to date.
