District Health Department #10BALDWIN — Lake County Children’s Trust Fund will be hosting their annual Trunk or Treat for the community. This free event will take place 4-5:30 p.m. Oct. 31, at Baldwin Community Schools, 525 4th St., in the parking lot off 4th Street.
The purpose of the Trunk or Treat event is to provide a safe, positive, yet fun environment for families in our community. Local businesses and organizations will line up at the Baldwin Middle School parking lot to hand out candy and goodies as kids and families dressed in costumes, walk through the school parking lot to enjoy the fun and exciting decorated cars.
Public Health protocols will be in place for everyone, including social distancing and wearing a mask. For families that need Dial-A-Ride transportation, please contact us ahead of time, to ensure we have tokens available.
Families, businesses, community groups and student organizations are invited to decorate a trunk, distribute candy and goodies during the event. Creativity is highly encouraged!
