BOOK OF THE WEEK:  "Memphis" by Tata M. Stringfellow (fiction).  Summer 1995: Ten-year-old Joan, her mother, and her younger sister flee her father’s explosive temper and seek refuge at her mother’s ancestral home in Memphis.
