• David Melvin Kloss, 40, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly drunk person. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for two days. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay $275 in fines and costs.

• Matthew Wade Marts, 33, of Manistee, pleaded guilty to one count of operating under the influence of liquor. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 25 days. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $600.

• Shelle Jane Heether, 54, of Belding, pleaded guilty to operating while impaired. She was sentenced to 93 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,150.

• Stacey Lynn Gillespie, 34, of Fountain, pleaded guilty to one count of operating under the influence of liquor, second offense. She was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 21 days. Jail is held in the court’s discretion.

• Ludwig Fockler, 45, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of interfering with electronic communication. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 22 days. Jail is held in the court’s discretion.

• Anthony Charles Scialabba, 60, of Grand Hills, Illinois, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while impaired. He was sentenced to one year in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion.

• Michelle Leone White, 58, of Luther, pleaded guilty to one count of assaulting a police officer. She was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 15 days. Jail is held in the court’s discretion.

• Steven Todd Wanamaker, 51, of Shelby Township, pleaded guilty to one count of careless driving and one count of failure to disclose concealed weapon permit to police. Pretrial was set for Nov. 29.

• William Earl Hollifield, 55, of Arlington, Texas, pleaded guilty to one count of violation of basic speed law. Pretrial was set for Nov. 29.

• Greg Dean Myers, 60, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of domestic violence. Jury trial is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Dec. 12.

• Mariah Marie Sowle pleaded guilty to one count of operating a vehicle without security. She was sentenced to one year in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $375.

• Diana Sue Reed, 56, of Hersey, was arraigned on one count of alcohol in a passenger vehicle. Pretrial is set for 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 20.

• Joseph Edward Balulis, 38, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while impaired. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,180.

• Joshua Michael Smith, 39, of Allendale, pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly person. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275.

• James Andrew Smith, 51, of Colmesneil, Texas, was arraigned on one count of carrying a concealed weapon. Preliminary exam is set for 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 18.

• James Michael Snyder, 36, of Interlochen, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence, third-offense. Sentencing is set for 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 8.

• Lester Franklin Molette, 48, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of assault and battery. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 15 days. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275.

• James Robert Braunschneider, 33, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of operating under the influence of liquor. Pretrial is set for 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 18.

• Michael James Kerr, 59, of Warren, was arraigned on one count of driving with a suspended license, one count of possession of firearms by a felon, one count of possession of weapons/ammunition by a felon, one count of carrying a concealed weapon, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of weapons felony and one count of habitual offender, third-offense. • Eric Lee Shimel, 33, of Tustin, pleaded guilty to one count of operating under the influence of liquor causing serious injury. Sentencing will be at 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 8.

• Nathaniel Carl Tjapkes, 34, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of domestic violence, third-offense, one count of interference with electronic communication and one count of habitual offender, fourth-offense. A jury trial is set for 9 a.m. on Feb. 27.
