• Zariah Janet Toliver, 20, of Idlewild, pleaded guilty to one count of assault and battery. She was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for six days. Jail is held in the court’s discretion.

• William James Billo, 33, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of operating a vehicle without security. He was sentenced to one year in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $375.

• John Robert Johnson, 23, of Bitely, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property of more than $1,000 and less than $20,000. Sentencing is at 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 11.

• Ramon Alan Williams, 32, of Chase, pleaded guilty to one count of resisting and obstructing a police officer. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 30 days. He will serve one year probation. Jail is held in the court’s discretion.

• Nathaniel Carl Tjapkes, 34, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of domestic violence, third offense, one count of interfering with electronic communication and one count of habitual offenders, fourth offense. Pretrial is at 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 4.

• Chalicia Lynne Argo, 25, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance less than 25 grams. Sentencing will be at 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 11.

• Tena Marie Lounsberry, 57, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of assaulting and resisting a police officer. She was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 15 days. Jail is held in the court’s discretion.

• Regina Catherine Carter, 35, of Grand Rapids, was arraigned on one count of fleeing a police officer, one count of resisting and obstructing a police officer, one count of operating a vehicle without security, one count of driving with a suspended license and one count of habitual offender, second offense. Pretrial is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Dec. 18.

• Corry Russell Sisson, 34, of Cadillac, was arraigned on one count of possession of a controlled substance of less than 25 grams. Pretrial is at 9 a.m. on Nov. 29.

• Eric Lee Shimel, 32, of Tustin, was arraigned on one count of operating under the influence of liquor. Preliminary exam was set for Nov. 20.

• Lester Franklin Mollette, 48, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of retail fraud, third-degree. Pretrial is set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 27. In another case, he was arraigned on one count of assault and battery. Pretrial is set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 27.

• William Earl Hollifield, 55, of Arlington, Texas, was arraigned on one count of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial is set for 11 a.m. on Nov. 29.

• Jennifer Ann Agster, 34, of Irons, was arraigned on one count of operating a vehicle without security and one count of failure to stop after an accident. Pretrial is set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 27.

• Ashari Syreete Wade, 31, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of driving with an expired license and one count of operating a vehicle without security. Pretrial is at 9 a.m. on Nov. 29.

• Ludwig Fockler, 45, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of interfering with electronic communication. Preliminary exam is at 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 27.

• Roger Lee Hubbard, 36, of Big Rapids, was arraigned on one count of assault and battery with intent to do bodily harm and one count of habitual offender, fourth-offense. There will be a jury trial at 9 a.m. on Dec. 5.

• James Michael Snyder, 36, of Interlochen, was arraigned on one count of domestic violence, third-offense. Jury trial is set for 9 a.m. on Dec. 5.

• Todd Daniel McKinney, 56, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance of less than 25 grams. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for one day. He will serve two months probation.

• Chelsea Theresa Godwin, 30, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of breaking and entering. She was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 79 days. She will serve two months probation.

• Rex Allen Fyan, Jr., 33, of Muskegon, pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to one year in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $375.

• James Robert Braunschneider, 33, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of operating under the influence of liquor. Probable cause conference is at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 20.

• Jeffrey Scott Robinson, 57, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of disorderly drunk person. Pretrial is set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 27.
