• Joshua Mark Jones, 34, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of bringing contraband into prison. He was sentenced to one year in jail.

• William Carl Croy, 48, of Sturgis, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated and one count of driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to 186 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,230.

• Ramon Alan Williams, 32, of Chase, pleaded guilty to one count of resisting a police officer. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 12 days. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He will serve two years probation.

• Julie Kay Schaafsma, 33, of Branch, was arraigned on one count of operating while intoxicated, one count of driving with an unregistered vehicle, one count of possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle and one count of operating a vehicle without security. Pretrial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 29.

• Alex Andrew Miller, 32, of Villa Park, pleaded guilty for possession of a controlled substance less than 25 grams. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail with credit for two days. He will serve two years probation.

• Nathan Robert Gidley, 34, of Luther, pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to one year in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion.

• Monica Nichole Truxton, 19, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of assault and battery. Pretrial is set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 29.

• Justine Marie Jackson, 45, of Luther, was arraigned on one count of allowing a person under 16 to operate an off-road-vehicle. Pretrial is set for 9 a.m. on Nov. 8.

• Sheri Lavonne Flowers, 54, of Muskegon, pleaded guilty to one count of operating a vehicle without security and one count of driving with a suspended license. She was sentenced to 458 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $375.

• Charlie Oliver Gibney, 45, of Grandville, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of alcohol in a vehicle and one count of operating while impaired. He was sentenced to 186 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,150.

• Luke M. Wilkinson, of Bitely, was arraigned on one count of operating while intoxicated, one count of possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle and one count of driving with a suspended license. Preliminary exam is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 6.

• Ronald Steven Kleckner, 46, of Battle Creek, was arraigned on one count of operating while intoxicated and one count of possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Jury trial is set for 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 23.

• Cameron Noel Klosner, 40, of Belleville, pleaded guilty to one count of operating an off-road vehicle with a suspended license. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275.

• Bruce William Cole, 28, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of disturbing the peace. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $500.

• Stephen Andrew Preston, 28, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of possession of marijuana. Pretrial is set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 6.

• Matthew Dillon Graham, 24, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of carrying a concealed weapon, one count of possession of marijuana, one count of driving with an expired license and one count of possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Preliminary exam is set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 6.

• Baylee Rose Randall, 20, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of possession of marijuana and one count of possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Pretrial was set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 6.

• Stacy Lynn Gillespie, 34, of Fountain, was arraigned on one count of operating while intoxicated, one count of driving with a suspended license and one count of possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Preliminary exam is set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 6.

• Austin Edward-Wayne Johnson, 30, of Hersey, was arraigned on one count of third-degree arson. Preliminary exam is set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 6. In another case, Johnson was arraigned on one count of malicious destruction of property of more than $200 and less than $1,000. Pretrial was set for Oct. 30.

• David Romel Watts, 67, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to six months probation. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $375.

• Jason John Barone, 40, of Belleville, pleaded guilty to one count of operating an off-road vehicle with a suspended license. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275.

• Mailon Monson-Vale, 27, of Bitely, was arraigned on one count of assault with intent to do bodily harm, manufacturing marijuana and possession of felony firearm. Pretrial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 13.

• Duane Allen Flynn, 32, of Luther, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 10 days. Jail is held in the court’s discretion.

• Alisha Ann Aikens, 27, of Alto, was arraigned on one count of possession of marijuana, one count of operating while impaired, one count of possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle and one count of driving with an expired license. Pretrial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 8.

• Todd Alan Snyder, 25, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of possession of marijuana. A criminal plea hearing was set for Oct. 30.

• Kedric James Piper Jr., 23, of Reed City, was arraigned on one count of operating a vehicle without security, one count of failure to stop at a scene of an accident and one count of driving with a suspended license. A criminal plea hearing was set for Oct. 30.

• Curtis Jay Nash, 59, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of third-degree retail fraud. A criminal plea hearing was set for Oct. 23.

• Thomas James Robinson, 38, of Ludington, pleaded guilty to one count of fleeing a police officer. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 38 days.

• Christopher Michael Wills, 45, of Greenville, pleaded guilty to one count of attempting to manufacture a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with one year probation. Jail is held in the court’s discretion.
