• Seth Ryan Peterson, 18, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to one count of malicious destruction of less than $200 of a building. He is sentenced to 93 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $500.

• Michael John Janssen, 40, of Allendale, pleaded guilty to one count of operating an off-road-vehicle while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $550.

• Larry Eugene Agnew, 40, of Muskegon, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while impaired. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,150.

• Murrel Vern Patterson, 62, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 20 days.

• Kenneth Lee Hayes, 39, of Irons, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while impaired. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,150.

• David Nickolus Bell, 30, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275.

• Chelsea Theresa Godwin, 20, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering. Sentencing will be at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 6.

• Anthony Charles Scialabba, 60, of Joliet, Illinois, was arraigned on one count of operating while intoxicated, one count of possession of a firearm while under the influence and reckless use of firearms. Preliminary exam will be at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 23.

• Anthony Wayne Searles, 29, of Chesaning, was arraigned on one count of possession of marijuana and one count of possession of alcohol in a vehicle. Pretrial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 18.

• Kedric James Piper, Jr., 23, of Reed City, was arraigned on one count of operating a vehicle without security, one count of failure to stop at a scene of an accident and one count of driving with a suspended license. Pretrial is set for 9 a.m. on Oct. 18.

• Randy Lang Thompson, 27, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for nine days.

• Jamie Lynn Bruce, 28, of Idlewild, was arraigned on one count of possession of a controlled substance of less than 25 grams. Probable cause conference was set for Oct. 9.

• Daniel Edward Maybee, 44, of Holt, pleaded guilty to one count of resisting a police officer and one count of possession of a controlled substance of less than 25 grams. He was sentenced to two-years jail with credit for 36 days.
