• Donald James Grein, 62, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,230.

• Katasha Michelle Williams, 35, of Idlewild, pleaded guilty to one count of assault and battery. Sentencing will be at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 25.

• Alex Andrew Miller, 32, of Villa Park, Illinois, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance of less than 25 grams. Sentencing will be at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 9.

• Patricia Jean Nelson-Mongar, 46, of Luther, pleaded guilty to one count of larceny in a building. Sentencing will be at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 9.

• Charles Oliver Gibney, 44, of Grandville, was arraigned on one count of operating with a high blood alcohol content, one count of carrying concealed weapons and one count of possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Pretrial will be at 11 a.m on Oct. 18.

• Tyler Blair Darrow, 37, of Davisburg, was arraigned on one count of possession of marijuana. Pretrial was scheduled for 9 a.m. on Sept. 20.

• Michael John Janssen, 40, of Allendale, was arraigned on one count of operating while intoxicated and one count of possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Pretrial will be at 11 a.m. on Oct. 4.

• Ronald Steven Kleckner, 46, of Battle Creek, was arraigned on one count of operating while impaired and one count of possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Pretrial is set for 11 a.m. on Oct. 18.

• Lindsey Bradshaw Jackson, 38, of Mecosta, was arraigned on one count of operating a vehicle without security and one count of driving with a suspended license. Pretrial was set for 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 16.

• Randy Scott Libey, 52, of Idlewild, was arraigned on one count of domestic violence. Pretrial was scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 20.

• James Richard Remmelts, 45, of Idlewild, was arraigned on one count of manufacturing marijuana. Preliminary exam is set for 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 25.

• Zariah Janet Toliver, 18, of Idlewild, was arraigned on one count of aggravated assault. Pretrial is set for 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 2.

• Christopher Michael Wills, 45, of Greenville, was arraigned on one count of manufacturing marijuana. Pretrial is set for 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 25.

• David Alan Stinson, Jr., 40, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of false pretenses less than $200. Pretrial was set for 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 20.

• Lorraine Sue Martenies, 57, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of assault and battery. Pretrial is at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 4.

• Ramon Alan Williams, 32, of Chase, was arraigned on one count of resisting a police officer and one count of disorderly-drunk person. Preliminary exam is set for 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 25.

• Thomas James Robinson, 38, of Ludington, was arraigned on one count of fleeing a police officer, one count of driving with a suspended license, one count of possession of marijuana and one count of failure to report an accident. Preliminary exam is set for 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 25,.

• Charles Duane Harbin, 45, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of disturbing the peace. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275.

• Alisha Lynne Smith, 29, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of disturbing the peace. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275.

• Jacob Royal Wilkins, 22, of Luther, pleaded guilty to one count of no valid license in possession and one count of improper plates. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was sentenced to pay $275 in costs and fines.

• Dealan Michael Stinson, 21, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of disturbing the peace. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay costs and fines of $275.

• Angelo Christopher Morris, 54, of Buchanan, pleaded guilty to one count of operating an off road vehicle on the roadway. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275 and a booking fee of $85.

• Curtis Stephan Hooper, 49, of Bitely, was arraigned on one count of driving with a suspended license and one count of operating a vehicle without security. Pretrial was set for Sept. 18.

• Brian Mishawn Flowers, 39, of Idlewild, pleaded guilty to one count of assaulting a police officer. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 16 days. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275.

• Amanda Marie Hoffman, 35, of Muskegon, pleaded guilty on one count of reckless use of firearms. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail. Jail is held in the court’s discretion. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275.
