Trial court

• Amber Lynn Wiese, 33, of Chase, pleaded guilty to allowing an unlicensed person to operate a vehicle. Pretrial was Feb. 6.

• Michael Craig Spicuzza, 52, of Marne, pleaded guilty to one count of wildlife conservation violation. He was ordered to pay $275 in fines and costs and was sentenced to 90 days in jail. Jail was held in abeyance.

• Neil Beauchesne, 48, of Shelby Township, was arraigned on one count of wildlife conservation violation. Pretrial was on Feb. 8.

• Ryan Scott McQuestion, 24, of Tustin, was arraigned on one count of operating with a high blood alcohol content. Pretrial will be at 11 a.m. on Feb. 22.

• Sandra Ann Dumas, 71, of Branch, was arraigned on one count of possession of marijuana. Pretrial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 22.

• Timothy Leon Scharrer, 35, of Irons, was arraigned on one count of sale of firearms to a felon and one count of false report of a felony. Preliminary exam will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 20.

• Robbin Kruz Garcia, 22, of Shelby, was arraigned on one count of resisting a police officer. Preliminary exam will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 20.

• Christa Alice Gonzales, of Irons, was arraigned on one count of domestic violence. Pretrial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 20.

• Christopher Lee Rager, 25, of White Cloud, was arraigned on one count of uttering and publishing and one count of credit card forgery. Preliminary exam will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 20.

• Michael John Wyant, 48, of Luther, was arraigned on one count of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 20.

• Cornelius Lamont Smith, 42, of Baldwin, pleaded no contest to one count of trespassing. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275. He was sentenced to one month in jail. Jail is held in abeyance.
