Trial court

• James Robert Braunschneider, 32, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of operating a methamphetamine lab. He was sentenced to 14 months to 20 years in prison with credit for 252 days.

• Alexxander Kon Charnes, 21, of Irons, was arraigned on one count of domestic violence. Pretrial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 8.

• Tricia Debra Hottmann, 46, of Luther, pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license. She was sentenced to 93 days in jail.

• Clayton Harold Wiersema, 19, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence and one count of criminal contempt of court. He was sentenced to 103 days in jail with credit for nine days.

• Steven Gerald Owen Gerber, 29, of Manistee, pleaded guilty to one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was sentenced to one year in jail.

• Jeffrey Allen Harris, 55, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of possession of a weapon by a prisoner. Preliminary exam was scheduled for Jan. 23.

• Debra Lynn Burke, 50, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, one count of possession of marijuana and one count of driving with a suspended license. Preliminary exam will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 6.

• Eric Levi Michael Bruch, 50, of Grand Ledge, was arraigned on one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Pretrial will be at 11 a.m. on Feb. 8.

• Shawn Patrick O’Brien, 51, of Irons, was arraigned on one count of possession of marijuana. Pretrial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 8.

• Bruce Lee Friesner, 61, of Irons, was arraigned on one count of failing to stop at the scene of an accident, one count of driving with an expired license and once count of operating a vehicle without security. Pretrial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 8.

• Sarah Jean Curtis, 32, of Chase, was arraigned on one count of domestic violence. Pretrial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 6.

• James Russell Cross, 26, of Irons, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of firearms by a felon. He was sentenced to one year in jail with 51 days credit. In another case, he pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree home invasion. He was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for 52 days and one year probation.

• Raul Robledo, Jr., 26, of Walkerville, was arraigned on one count of possession of a controlled substance, one count of operating while intoxicated, one count of operating a vehicle without security and one count of driving with a suspended license. Pretrial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 8.

• Cassandra Mae Linda Johnson, 22, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while impaired. Sentencing was on Jan. 30.

• Blair Andrea Piper, 27, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license. She was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for five days.

• Troy Anthony Petrowski, 37, of Muskegon, pleaded guilty to one count of careless driving. He was ordered to pay $275 in fines.

• Mary Lee Quinn, 45, of Branch, pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license. She was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for five days.

• Patricia Lucille Morehouse, 42, of Irons, was arraigned on one count of failure to register as a sex-offender. Preliminary exam was on Jan. 23.

• Tommy Ray Depew, 51, of Chase, pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail.

• Samantha Jean Wetherell, 27, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of possession of a controlled substance less than 25 grams. Preliminary exam was on Jan. 23.

• Patricia Lucille Morehouse, 42, of Irons, was arraigned on one count of driving with a suspended license. Pretrial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 8.

• Curtis Jay Nash, 59, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count of assault with a dangerous weapon. Sentencing will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 13.

• Mabel Ann Lee, 48, of Holland, pleaded guilty to one count of manufacturing marijuana. Sentencing will be at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 13.
