Trial court

  • Dylan Wayne Charnes, 22, of Irons, was arraigned on one count of second-degree home invasion. He is sentenced to 60 days in jail with 19 days credit.
  • Nathan Patrick Lillie, 20, of Irons, was arraigned on one count of operating a vehicle without security and one count of possession of a bow in a vehicle. Bond was set at $3,500. Pretrial is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Oct. 20.
  • Nicholas Alexander Ream, 36, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of operating a motor vehicle without security. Pretrial is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 1.
  • Marshall Owen Dillon, 26, of Reed City, was arraigned on one count of interfering with electronic communication and one count of domestic violence. He is charged as a habitual offender. Bond was set at $5,000. Preliminary exam is set for 1:30 on Oct. 25.
  • Edward John Slaktowski, 58, of Irons, was arraigned on one count of operating vehicle while intoxicated, one count of driving with a suspended license, one count of possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle and one count of carrying a concealed weapon. Bond was set at $1,000, 10 percent.
  • David Joseph Cox, 37, of Baldwin, was arraigned on one count of manufacturing and delivering marijuana and one count of possession of a controlled substance less than 25 grams. Bond was set at $5,000. Preliminary exam is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 25.
