The following actions were taken in Lake County Trial Court the week ending May 30, 2013:

• Michael Ryan Albaugh, 24, of Fountain, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering-a building with intent and possession of burglar tools.A preliminary examination was scheduled for June 11, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Bond was set at $10,000, ten percent.

• Michael Ryan Albaugh, 24, of Fountain, was arraigned on a charge of larceny - less than $200. A pretrial was scheduled for June 6, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Bond was set at $3,500, ten percent.

• Fawn Lorraine Bloom, 28, of Baldwin, was arraigned on charges of driving while license suspended/allowing a suspended person to drive, operating a motor vehicle without security and improper plates. A pretrial was scheduled for June 6, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. The defendant was free on personal recognizance bond.

• Shawn Ryan Borah, 28, of Wellston, had a charge of assault/assault and battery dismissed.

• Ryan Lawrence Bos, 25, of Lansing, was arraigned on a charge of disorderly person-drunk. A pretrial was scheduled for June 6, 2013 at 11 a.m. Bond of $3,500, ten percent was continued.

• Angelo Tyrece Brown, 34, of Branch, was arraigned on charges of aggravated assault and domestic violence. A pretrial was scheduled for June 6, 2013 at 9 a.m., Bond was set at $3,500, ten percent.

• Martin VanBuren Brown Jr., 55, of Baldwin, was arraigned on a charge of using computers to commit a crime. A pretrial was scheduled for June 6, 2013 at 11 a.m. Bond of $3,500, ten percent was posted with a condition of no contact with the victim.

• F. Irwin Bryan III, 44, of White Cloud, was arraigned on a charge of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial was scheduled for June 6, 2013 at 11 a.m. Bond of $5,000, ten percent was posted.

• Keith Allen Calkins, 34, of Dorr, pleaded no contest to a charge of disorderly person-drunk. The defendant was sentenced to fines and costs of $275 and 90 days in jail at the discretion of the court over the next year.

• Mark William Caraballo, 44, of Flint, pleaded guilty to failure to pay child support-leaving the state. The defendant will be sentenced on July 2, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Bond was continued.

• Richard Raymond Dagen, 48, of Baldwin, waived preliminary examination on charges of criminal sexual conduct fourth degree-victim between 13-16 and computer/internet/ communication with/another to commit a crime, and was bound over to Circuit Court. A pretrial was scheduled for June 20, 2013 at 2 p.m. The defendant was free on personal recognizance bond with a condition of no contact with the victim.

• Michael Andre Dukes, 52, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault/assault and battery. The defendant was sentenced to fines and costs of $275 and 93 days in jail, to serve 12 now, with credit for time served, and the balance at the discretion of the court over the next year. The no contact condition is continued. A charge of assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed.

• Amanda Sue Flynn, 31, of Luther, was arraigned on a charge of controlled substance-second or subsequent offense. A preliminary examination was scheduled for June 11, 2013 at 2 p.m. Bond of $5,000, ten percent was continued.

• Troy Douglas Henney, 28, of Branch, was arraigned on a charge of driving while license suspended/allowing a suspended person to operate. A pretrial was scheduled for June 6, 2013 at 10 a.m. Bond of $5,000, ten percent was continued.

• Gary Dean MacCune, 21, of Branch, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering-a building with intent and possession of burglar tools. A preliminary examination was scheduled for June 11, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Bond of $15,000, ten percent was set.

• Gary Dean MacCune, 21, of Branch, was arraigned on a charge of larceny-less than $200. A pretrial was scheduled for June 6, 2013 at 9 a.m. Bond of $3,500, ten percent, was set.

• Jennifer Elaine Poore, 31, of Baldwin, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on a charge of receiving and concealing stolen property-$1000-less than $20,000. A pretrial was scheduled for June 6, 2013 at 2 p.m. The defendant was free on personal recognizance bond.

• Patrick Gene Poore, 42, of Baldwin, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on four charges of breaking and entering-a building with intent and two charges of home invasion-second degree. A pretrial was scheduled for June 6, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Bond was set at $25,000, ten percent.

• Codey Wayne Seaman, 21, of Chase, waived preliminary examination on a charge of criminal sexual conduct-first degree-multiple variables and was bound over to Circuit Court. A pretrial was scheduled for June 6, 2013 at 9 a.m. A personal recognizance bond was continued with the condition of no contact with the victim.

• Kyle Wilson Smith, 21, of Belding, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. A pretrial was scheduled for June 6, 2013 at 9 a.m. Bond of $3,500, ten percent was continued.

• Robert James Sorenson, 28, of Custer, was arraigned on a charge of operating impaired. A pretrial was scheduled for June 6, 2013 at 2 p.m. Bond of $5,000, ten percent was continued.

• Bobbie Joe Williams, 50, of Highland Park, pleaded no contest to a charge of disorderly person-jostling. The defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail, to serve 34 now, with credit for time served and the balance at the discretion of the court over the next year. a charge of resisting and obstructing a police officer was dismissed.
