Kelly Anne Cook, 43, of Lafayette, pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly person — prostitute. Was ordered to serve 90 days in jail, to serve 17 now, with a credit of 17 days already served.

Ethan Tylor Cumberledge, 23, of Chase, pleaded guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle without security. Bond was posted at $5,000, 10 percent. Was sentenced to 365 days in jail at the court's discretion and was ordered to pay $375 in fines and costs.

Ricky Dean Davis, 53, of Brighton, was arraigned on one count of assault/resisting/obscuring a police officer with the intent to cause injury, one count of disorderly person - drunk and one count of habitual offender — second notice. Bond was posted at $25,000, 10 percent. A preliminary exam is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Monday, May 2.

Shay Laird Dietrich, 48, of Luther, pleaded guilty to one count of improper plates and one count of no valid license in possession and had a count of operating a motor vehicle without security and a count of drove while license was expired dismissed. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail at the court's discretion and to pay fines and costs of $275.

Casey James Hefferan, 23, of Rockford, pleaded guilty to one count of disturbing the peace and had a count of possession of a controlled substance — marijuana a count of alcohol — selling/furnishing to a minor and a count of disorderly person — obscene conduct dismissed. Was sentenced to 90 days in jail at the court's discretion and was ordered to pay $275 in fines and costs.

Donald Frank Hietamaki, 60, of Lansing, was found guilty to one count of driving with license suspended/allowing a suspended person to operate and had a count of driving with license suspended/allowing a suspended person to operate — second dismissed. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $275.

Leonard Douglas Hilder, 62, of Baldwin, had one count of domestic violence dismissed.

Mark Jerome Johnson, 60, of Idlewild, pleaded no contest to a count of stolen property — receiving and concealing — $200 to $1,000. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail to serve 35 now with a credit of 35 days served.

Mark Jerome Johnson, 60 of Idlewild, pleaded no contest to a count of receiving and concealing stolen property — more than $1,000, less than $2,000, and had a count of breaking and entering — entry without breaking — with intent and a count of habitual offender — second offense dismissed. Timothy Dale Kleeves, 24, of Chase, pleaded no contest to a count of breaking and entering a building with intent and had a count of driving with license suspended/allowing a suspended person to operate and a count of habitual offender — second offense dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26.

Curtix William George Klix, 34, of Brighton, was arraigned on one count of firearm — possession under the influence and one count of disorderly person — drunk. Bond was posted at $3,500, 10 percent. Pretrial is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 28.

Bobbi Jean Latty, 36, of Bitely, pleaded no contest to a count of uttering and publishing and had a second count of uttering and publishing dismissed. Was sentenced to five months in jail at the court's discretion with an abeyance of 150 days. Was also ordered to 24 months of probation and to pay $973 in fines and costs.

Bruce Allen Luckritz, 54, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to one count retail fraud — third degree and one count criminal contempt of court. He was ordered to spend 93 days in jail to serve five now, with a credit of 10 days already served.

Robert Ellery Maddix, 36, of Chase, was arraigned on one count of operating a motor vehicle without security and one count of drove an unregistered vehicle with no trailer plate. Was released on a personal recognizance bond. Pretrial is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 28.

Bradley James Smits, 39, of Allendale, pleaded guilty to a count of attempted resisting and obstructing and had a count of resisting and obstructing a police officer a count of creating an erosive condition — ORV and a count of operating an ORV contrary to regulations on public lands dismissed. Was sentenced to one year in jail at the court's discretion and was ordered to pay $375 in fines and costs.

Kevin Lamont Whitfield, 47, of Idlewild, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance — marijuana. Was sentenced to serve 365 days in jail to serve 21 days now with a credit of 21 days served.
