Trial Court

The following actions were taken in Lake County Trial Court for the week ending August 29, 2013:

Michael Ryan Albaugh, 24, of Fountain, was sentenced to fines and costs of $668, crime victims restitution of $130, victim’s restitution of $300, 12 months in jail, to serve 60 days now with credit for time served of 57 days, the balance at the discretion of the court over the next year, 24 months probation and a $380 probation fee on a charge of breaking and entering a building with intent.

Rebecca Lynn Beachler, 36, of Baldwin, was sentenced to fines and costs of $68, $130 crime victims restituion and 24 months to 20 years jail with credit for time served of 153 days for a charge of operating-maintaining a lab/controlled substance-methamphetamin. A charge of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamin/ecstacy was dismissed.

Donald Alan Cornell, 66, of Baldwin, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle without security dismissed.

Robert Walter-Allen Domingo, 25, of Idlewild, was bound over to Circuit Court on charges of domestic violence/second offense and resisting and obstructing a police officer. Bond of $5,000, ten percent with a condition of no contact with victim and no entry at victim’s residence was posted.

Shane Alanlee Iverson Cole, 36, of Luther, had a charge of domestic violence dismissed.

Shelbie Jean Kadwell, 21, of Idlewild, was arraigned on a charge of domestic violence. A pretrial was scheduled for September 5, 2013 at 2 p.m. The defendant was free on personal recognizance bond with a condition of no contact with the victim.

Patrick Lewis Landon Mulholland, 33, of Irons, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle without security and improper plates. The defendant was sentenced to one year in jail at the discretion of the court, fines and costs of $375 and 90 days in jail at the discretion of the court over the next year.

James Todd Nepomuck, 32, of Baldwin, was arraigned on charges of domestic violence and malicious destruction of property less than $200. A pretrial was scheduled for September 5 at 9 a.m. Bond was set at $7,500, ten percent with a condition of no contact with the victim.

Fred W. Syers, 57, of Luther was arraigned on charges of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance/marijuana and firearms-altering ID marks. A preliminary examination was scheduled for September 10, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Bond of $2,500, ten percent was continued.

Joshua Dillon Wassenaar, 26, of Baldwin, was arraigned on a charge of larceny-$200-$1,000. A pretrial was scheduled for September 5, 2013. Bond was set at $10,000, ten percent.

Matthew Ryan Zierke, 26, of Tustin, pleaded guilty to an added count of disturbing the peace. The defendant was sentenced to fines and costs of $275 and 90 days in jail at the discretion of the court over the next year. A charge of assault/assault and battery was dismissed. The condition of no contact with the victim was continued.
