The following actions were taken in Lake County Trial Court for the week ending June 2:

  •   Eddie Wayne Abbott Jr., 38, of Idlewild, pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering-a building, with intent. Sentencing was scheduled for June 24, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. Another case was dismissed. Bond was continued.
  •   Edward James Agar, 40, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to an added charge of aggravated assault. The defendant was sentenced to fines and costs of $275, victim’s restitution of $316,21 and 90 days in jail, to serve 6 days (two weekends) beginning 6-6-2014. A charge of domestic violence was dismissed.
  •   Beth Ann Beeler, 36, of Hesperia, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle without security and improper plates. The defendant was sentenced to fines and costs of $375 and one year in jail at the discretion of the court over the next year on this first count and fines and costs of $275 on the second count.
  •  Morgan Nichole Bergman, 25, of Bitely, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault/assault and battery. The defendant was sentenced to fines and costs of $275 and 93 days in jail, to serve three days now with credit for time served and the balance at the discretion of the court over the next year. The no contact order was continued. A second charge of assault/assault and battery was dismissed.
  •    Dustin Lee Clemens, 25, of Muskegon, pleaded guilty to an added charge of operating while intoxicated. The defendant was sentenced to fines and costs of $1,180 and 93 days in jail, to serve seven now with credit for time served and the balance at the discretion of the court over the next year. Charges of operating while intoxicated/impaired/ in the presence of a controlled substance, second and driving while license suspended/allowing a suspended person to operate were dismissed.
  •   Michael Patrick Cull, 36, of Irons, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle without security and driving while license suspended/allowing a suspended person to operate. The defendant was sentenced to fines and costs of $400 and one year in jail at the discretion of the court over the next year on the first charge and 93 days in jail at the discretion of the court over the next year on the second charge. A charge of improper plates was dismissed.
  •   Fannie Mae Dockery, 60, of Baldwin, was arraigned on a charge of retail fraud-third degree. A pretrial was scheduled for June 12, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. The defendant was free on personal recognizance bond with a condition of no entry at E-Z Mart.
  •   Jamie Kay Earl, 22, of Big Rapids, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. A pretrial was scheduled for June 12, 2014 at 9 a.m. Bond of $3,500, ten percent was posted.
  •   Tarry William Erb, 56, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to an added charge of operating while intoxicated. Sentencing was scheduled for June 10, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. A charge of operating with a high blood alcohol content was dismissed. Bond of $3,500, ten percent was continued.
  •   Duane Allen Flynn, 27, of Luther, was bound over to Circuit Court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, less than 25 grams and habitual offender/second offense notice. Bond was set at $25,000, ten percent.
  •   Deanna Michele Forney, 46, of Detroit, was arraigned in Circuit Court on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of personal property-less than $200 and habitual offender/second offense notice. A pretrial was scheduled for June 26, 2014 at 1 :30 p.m. Bond was continued.
  •   David Lamar Freeman, 58, of Baldwin, was arraigned on a charge of improper transport-medical marijuana. A pretrial was scheduled for June 12, 2014 at 9 a.m. Bond of $2,500, ten percent was posted.
  •   Israel Dominic Guillen, 41, of Petosky, pleaded guilty to charges of breaking and entering, without breaking w/intent and an added charge of habitual offender/second offense notice. Sentencing was scheduled for June 24, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. A charge of habitual offender/fourth offense notice was dismissed. Bond was continued.
  •   Edward Lamar Hanson, 33, of Idlewild, had a charge of disorderly person-drunk dismissed.
  •   Julisa Monique Hawkins, 22, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to an added charge of disorderly person. The defendant was sentenced to fines and costs of $275 and 90 days in jail at the discretion of the court over the next year with a condition of no contact with the victim. A charge of domestic violence was dismissed.
  •   Rashad Raymond Hawkins, 22, of Baldwin, was arraigned on a charge of domestic violence. A pretrial was scheduled for June 12, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. A surety bond of $5,000 was posted with a condition of no contact with the victim.
  •   Fredric Kevin Hilder, 58, of Baldwin, pleaded no contest to charges of interfering with electronic communications and domestic violence/second offense. Sentencing was scheduled for June 24, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. Bond was continued.
  •   Thomas Earl Horger, 32, of White Cloud, was arraigned in Circuit Court on a charge of controlled substance-second offense. A pretrial was scheduled for June 26, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. Bond was set at $5,000, ten percent.
  •   Joseph Deane Howard, 50, of Idlewild, was arraigned on charges of improper transport-medical marijuana and driving while license suspended/allowing a suspended person to operate. A pretrial was scheduled for June 12, 2014 at 2 p.m. The defendant was free on personal recognizance bond.
  •   Jacquelyn Marie Koegler, 31, of Branch pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance-non narcotic. Sentencing was scheduled for June 24, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. The defendant was free on personal recognizance bond,
  •   Christina Lynn Kunna, 28, of Baldwin, was arraigned on a charge of child abuse-fourth degree. A pretrial was scheduled for June 12, 2014 at 2 p.m. Bond was continued.
  •   Kenni Jo Lemieux, 21, of Big Rapids, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. A pretrial was scheduled for June 12, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Bond of $3,500, ten percent was posted.
  •   Richard Bryan Nelson, 22, of Bitely, pleaded guilty to an added charge of no proof of insurance. The defendant was sentenced to fines and costs of $150. A charge of operating a motor vehicle without security was dismissed.
