Brett Alen Miller, 20, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to a charge of disturbing the peace. Charges of driving while license suspended/allowing a suspended person to operate and operating a motor vehicle without security were dismissed. The defendant was sentenced to pay fines and costs of $250 and to serve 90 days at the discretion of the court within one year.

David Scott Roller, 24, of Baldwin, had a guilty plea to a charge of domestic violence deferred for a period of six months’ unsupervised probation. The defendant will pay an oversight fee of $350.

Michael Charles Hart, 49, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to charges of operating impaired and driving while license suspended/allowing a suspended person to operate. Charges of OWI, driving while license suspended/allowing a suspended person to operate (second or subsequent offense) and alcohol possession in a motor vehicle (passenger) were dismissed. The defendant was sentenced to pay fines and costs of $1,250 and to serve 93 days; 14 days now (six days CTS) and the balance at the discretion of the court within one year.

Edwin Jerry Muse, 48, of Chase, pleaded not guilty to a charge of domestic violence. Pretrial was scheduled for Jan. 5 at 1:30 p.m. The defendant is free on personal recognizance bond.

Eugene Neal Hudson, 59, of Irons, was bound over to circuit court on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon. Bond was continued at $50,000. The defendant was currently lodged.

Michael James Kamps, 37, of Fruitport, pleaded guilty to charges of operating impaired and firearm possession while under the influence. A charge of OWI was dismissed. The defendant was sentenced to pay fines and costs of $1,150 and to serve 93 days at the discretion of the court within one year.

Michael Richard Thomas Hudzinski, 20, of Baldwin, was arraigned on a charge of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (force or coercion). Preliminary examination was scheduled for Dec. 27 at 1:30 p.m. The defendant is free on personal recognizance bond.

Tonya Marie Warren, 49, of Baldwin, pleaded not guilty to a charge of non-sufficient funds less than $100. Pretrial was scheduled for Jan. 5 at 9 a.m. The defendant is free on personal recognizance bond.

Roy Henry Wright, 55, of Cadillac, was arraigned on charge of OWI (third offense). Preliminary examination was scheduled for Dec. 27 at 1:30 p.m. Bond was continued at $10,000. The defendant was currently lodged.
