BALDWIN — Community members are invited to enjoy nature by participating in the fourth annual Stroll for Health on Saturday in Baldwin.

Presented by the Baldwin Congregational Church, the event is a fun stroll, walk, jog and run for all ages with distances ranging from one block to 5K routes.

Registration begins at 9:30 and the stroll follows at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 2 at the Baldwin Congregational Church, 870 Beech Street.

There is no timing, no place awards or categories. Registration is free and there will be door prizes.

“To promote healthy lifestyles, this will be an absolutely fun stroll,” said Bruce Whitney, pastor of the Baldwin Congregational Church. “This is not a race. It is a time to take a stroll for your health. So you may walk, choose to run, jog, dance, push a stroller, or a wheelchair and more. We simply want you to participate for a better healthier you.”

The Baldwin Congregational Church will pay a suggested donation fee of $5 for the first 100 registrants. All proceeds benefit Bread of Life Food Pantry.

The route will begin and end at the Baldwin Congregational Church. Water and snacks will be provided.
