BALDWIN — The following cases were heard recently in the Lake County Trial Court. All cases may not be reported.

• Renae Kari Olszewski, 55, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property (less than $200). Per a plea agreement, a count of resisting and obstructing a police officer was dismissed. She was sentenced to 93 days in jail, to be held in abeyance, and must pay fines and court fees.

• Michael Thomas McGuffin, 33, of Port Huron, was arraigned on a count of use of a controlled substance (methamphetamines). A pretrial is set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 7.

• Baylee Rose Randall, 21, of Baldwin, was arraigned on a count of illegal use or sale of a credit card. A preliminary exam is set for 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 28.

• Eric Wayne Glass, 36, of Muskegon, was arraigned on a count of being a drunk and disorderly person. A pretrial is set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 7.

• Gordon Edisel Lusk, 65, of Ludington, pleaded guilty to possession of firearms by a felon. Per a plea agreement, counts of possession of ammunition by a felon and domestic violence were dismissed. Lusk was sentenced to 90 days in jail and given credit for serving 28 days, with 62 days held in abeyance. He must complete 24 months probation and pay fines and court fees.

• Kevin Allen Steele, 40, of Muskegon, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering a building with intent. Per a plea agreement, a count of malicious destruction of property (less than $200) was dismissed. A sentencing hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 5.

• Paula Jean Courteau, 34, of Custer, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Per a plea agreement, counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor with an occupant less than 16 and possessing alcohol in a vehicle were dismissed. A sentencing hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 4.

• Samantha Gae Johnson, 28, of Brethren, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Per a plea agreement, a count of operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content were dismissed. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 4.

• Jacob Daniel Manier, 25, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without proof of insurance. Per a plea agreement, a count of operating a vehicle without security was dismissed. He must pay fines and court fees.

• Nick Adam Clemens, 44, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to being a drunk and disorderly person. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and given credit for serving three days, with 87 days held in abeyance. Per a plea agreement, Clemens may not patron any bars or consume alcohol for one year.

• Larry Tramore Burchard, 46, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without proof of insurance. Per a plea agreement, a count of operating a vehicle without security was dismissed. Burchard must pay fines and court fees.

• Kristin Marie Vaillancourt, 32, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to being a disorderly person. Per a plea agreement, a count of domestic violence was dismissed. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, to be held in abeyance, and must pay fines and court fees.

• Wanell Green Jr., 38, of Flint, pleaded guilty to being a disorderly person. Per a plea agreement, counts of careless discharge of a firearm and reckless use of a firearm were dismissed. Green was sentenced to 90 days in jail and given credit for serving three days, with 87 days held in abeyance. He must pay fines and court fees.

• Steven Ernest Randolph, 61, of Idlewild, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated (third offense). Per a plea agreement, a count of possessing alcohol in a vehicle was dismissed. Randolph was sentenced to 90 days in jail and given credit for serving six days, with 60 days held in abeyance. He must pay fines and court fees.

• David Stuart Tenhaaf, 33, of Grand Rapids, pleaded guilty to non-sufficient funds ($100 or more, but less than $500). Per a plea agreement, a count of non-sufficient funds (less than $200) was dismissed. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail, to be held in abeyance, and must pay fines and court fees.
