BALDWIN — The following cases were heard recently in the Lake County Trial Court. All cases may not be reported.

• Tammy Lynn Schipper, 49, of Irons, pleaded no contest to credit card possession. She was sentenced to 275 days in jail and must complete 24 months probation. Schipper must pay fines and court fees.

• Jeffery A Sadler, 52, of Chase, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while impaired. Per a plea agreement, a count of operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content was dismissed. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail and must pay fines and court fees.

• Bruce Richard Newman, 60, of Wolcottville, pleaded guilty to careless operation of an off-road vehicle. Per a plea agreement, a count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated was dismissed. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and must pay fines and court fees.

• Cory Allen Mead, 39, of LeRoy, pleaded no contest to receiving and concealing stolen property (less than $200). Per a plea agreement, a count of receiving and concealing stolen property (greater than $200 but less than $1,000) was dismissed. Mead was sentenced to 93 days in jail and must pay fines and court fees.

• Robert Ellery Maddix, 39, of Chase, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and must pay fines and court fees.

• Andrea May King, 29, of Riverdale, pleaded guilty to driving without proof of insurance. Per a plea agreement, a count of operating a motor vehicle without security was dismissed. She must pay fines and court fees.

• Kit Albert McClure, of Branch, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while impaired. Per a plea agreement, a count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated was dismissed. McClure was sentenced to 365 days in jail and must pay fines and court fees.

• Areyania Simone Boatwright, 17, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to receiving and concealing stolen property (less than $200). Per a plea agreement, a count of receiving and concealing stolen property (greater than $200 but less than $1,000) was dismissed. Boatwright was sentenced to 93 days in jail and must pay fines and court fees.

• Brenda Marie Shaw, 53, of Luther, pleaded guilty to being a disorderly person. Per a plea agreement, a count of assault/assault and battery was dismissed. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail and must pay fines and court fees.
