Irons host fourth annual Spring Expo

IRONS - Despite the cold and occasionally blustery weather, spring has sprung. And folks in the Irons community plan to celebrate that fact in style.

The fourth annual Spring Expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 30 at Skinner Park Hall in Irons. The hall is located on the Skinner Park grounds on 10-1/2 Mile Rd. The event is open to the public – free of charge.

A variety of business owners and organization representatives from Lake, Manistee and Mason Counties will be on hand to meet with the visitors.

Visitors are invited to take this opportunity to learn about the products a wide variety of businesses sell, what services they provide, which territories they cover and more.

There will be free samples and a chance to enter free prize drawings at the individual booths.

Visitors will have the opportunity to enter a free door prize drawing and 300 guests will receive a free ‘thank you for attending’ gift.

Lunch, beverages and baked goods will be sold throughout the day.

All proceeds from this event will benefit the Irons Area Tourist Association.
