Chase Township Public Library now offers WiFi internet

CHASE — As of Thursday, Oct. 20, the Chase Township Pubic Library was able to bring their internet system up-to-date by installing WiFi.

Sandy Choate, filling in as librarian for Roxanne Ware, said the WiFi makes all the difference in the world.

“The internet is running really fast on the computers,” she said. “We already have patrons using their devices with the WiFi, and it extends for quite a ways outside the building. People could sit in the parking lot and use it.”

Choate says the WiFi should bring a lot more traffic through the library, and explained now that people can use their laptops or phone devices in the library there shouldn’t be a wait to use the computer stations.
