The Ages and Stages Questionnaire is an interactive screening which helps parents of children ages 0 to 5 years recognize developmental milestones, teach activities to encourage healthy development, and educate parents on the need for early intervention. The Lake County Historical Society Museum exhibits in the lobby can be viewed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at 830 N. Michigan Ave in Baldwin. Please use the front entrance. 2016 Troutarama Meetings
The Troutarama Committee would like to announce that monthly Troutarama planning meetings will take place the second Monday of each month at 11 a.m. at the Baldwin Business Center/Wenger Insurance. All committee members, event chairpersons, volunteers and interested community members are encouraged to attend. The dates for this year’s festival are Wednesday, July 20 to Sunday, July 24, 2016. Grief Support Group Meets
A Hospice of Michigan “Living On” grief support group meets from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month, at the Hollister Senior Citizens Center, at 1505 Michigan in Baldwin. These services are provided to anyone who is mourning the loss of a loved one, whether or not the person was a hospice patient. This service is free of charge. The next meeting is Wednesday, June 15.
