The Ages and Stages Questionnaire is an interactive screening which helps parents of children ages 0 to 5 years recognize developmental milestones, teach activities to encourage healthy development, and educate parents on the need for early intervention. The Spirit of the Woods Chapter of the North Country Trail Association announces a hike at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 7. The hike will be in the Grand Traverse Chapter beginning at Veteran’s Park on M-115 near Mesick (east side of river). The hike distance is usually about five miles depending on participants’ wishes. The Troutarama Committee would like to announce monthly Troutarama planning meetings will take place the second Monday of each month at 11 a.m. at the Baldwin Business Center/Wenger Insurance.
